Cake Batter Fudge

No bake and addicting. Can be made with gluten if you are not GF.

You'll Need:

  • 1 can (15 oz) sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 C gluten free white or Funfetti cake mix

  • 2 C white chocolate chips

  • 2 T butter

  • 2 tsp vanilla

  • 3 T gluten free sprinkles (optional)

Do It:

  1. Place condensed milk, butter, and white chocolate chips in a pot over medium heat while stirring frequently until everything is melted and combined

  2. Reduce heat to low and add the cake mix and vanilla, and stir until combined. If using sprinkles, stir in 2 T after the cake mix is well incorporated

  3. Pour fudge mixture into a 8x8 or 9x9 parchment lined pan and top with remaining sprinkles

  4. Let sit loosely covered overnight (room temperature) to set, or you can refrigerate it for a few hours to set quicker

  5. Once set, pull up on the parchment paper to remove the fudge block and then slice into even squares :)
