Gingerbread Latte
The perfect cozy holiday cup! Could double this recipe for the family to enjoy on Christmas morning :-) Recipe makes two smallish lattes or one large. Details below.
Ingredients:
1/2 C full fat coconut milk
1/2 C almond milk
1 T maple syrup
1 T coconut sugar (can sub brown sugar if you'd prefer)
1/4 tsp gingerbread man seasoning from TLC seasonings, use code RACHELL for 20% off your order (you can substitute for mixture of cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, allspice, and ginger OR pumpkin pie spice to make a Pumpkin Spice Latte)
2 scoops collagen *optional but adds froth and good for gut health
Directions:
Heat everything except collagen in a saucepan stirring occasionally until hot and combined
Transfer to a blender, add in collagen
Blend on LOW speed for about 15 seconds until frothy, then pour ♥
