Creamy Sausage Dip
3-ingredient, 10-minute, crowd-pleasing dip! I have been enjoying this for decades now– this one is a staple for our family, and there are never any leftovers! I have never served this to somebody that did not love it. Dairy-free option as well, see notes
Ingredients:
16 oz Jimmy Dean original pork sausage roll
10 oz can of Rotel with green chilies
8-16 oz cream cheese (depends on how creamy you want the dip, I typically use 12 oz)
Directions:
Brown pork sausage over medium heat
Add in rotel and mix until combined
Lastly, add in 8-16 Oz (depending on how creamy you want it) sliced/broken up cream cheese and stir until it is completely melted and everything is combined
Serve immediately with Tostito’s scoops, alternatively you can transfer to a crockpot after cooking

*can sub DF cream cheese and it’s just as delicious! I have tried it with Kite Hill cream cheese
