No Bake Key Lime Pie

I present to you the EASIEST no bake GF Key Lime Pie 

Pie Ingredients:

  • Gluten-free graham cracker crust (I use this one)

  • 16 oz softened cream cheese

  • 1 15 oz can sweetened condensed milk

  • 1/3 C fresh squeezed key lime juice (regular limes will work)

  • 2 T powdered sugar

Whipped Cream Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ C heavy whipping cream

  • ⅓ C powdered sugar

  • Juice of one lime

Directions:

  1. Beat cream cheese with sweetened condensed milk

  2. Add lime juice and powdered sugar, mix until combined and smooth

  3. Pour into GF graham crust and let set up overnight

  4. To make the whipped cream, beat whipping cream with powdered sugar and lime juice until a fluffy whipped cream forms

  5. Pipe it onto the top edges, or spread over the whole pie. I suggest waiting to make the whipped cream until you are ready to serve

I don’t even typically go for key lime pie, but when I last made this, I found myself digging in with a fork straight from the pan, it’s amazing 😍🤤
