Homemade Whipped Cream
I LOVE homemade whipped cream, and it is so simple to make. You’ll need heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and an electric mixer (ideally a stand mixer). My personal favorite way to enjoy this is in my morning coffee- it acts as the perfect “creamer.” Try it for yourself!
Homemade Whipped Cream
Yield: 2 Cups
What is better than freshly made whipped cream? It is so easy and tastes so much better than store bought! I love adding mine to pies, and most often adding a dollop to my coffee as the best "creamer" ever!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C heavy whipping cream
- 1/3 C powdered sugar
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Simply use a stand mixer (you can use a hand mixer, just takes some time and patience) and whip everything until you have a fluffy, sturdy cream. Enjoy!
