Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini
Pumpin Spice Espresso Martini… gluten & dairy free! Served these to my girlfriends and they LOVED them! Recipe below is per one serving.
Ingredients:
2 oz Kahlua
2 oz Tito’s Vodka
2 oz espresso
Handful of ice
1 oz homemade pumpkin spice syrup (can we create a recipe link to this and have the pumpkin spice syrup be “clickable?”)
Directions
Add everything to a shaker and shake until combined and chilled
Pour into a glass and top with your fav whipped cream + some pumpkin pie spice

Homemade pumpkin syrup:
-Heat 1 C of water, 1 C coconut sugar (can sub brown sugar), 1 T pumpkin pie spice stirring, until sugar melts
-Remove from heat and whisk in 1 tsp vanilla and 3 T pumpkin purée; let cool then store in the fridge in a sealed container
