If you love jalapeño poppers, you will LOVE this simple dip! Comes together faster than real jalapeño poppers, and who doesn't love snacking on good dip. An added bonus that there is over 7g protein per serving of this dip!

Ingredients

  • 2 C cottage cheese
  • 4 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1/3 C roughly chopped pickled jalapeño peppers
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 C chopped green onion
  • 1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Add the cottage cheese and cream cheese to a food processor and puree until you have a smooth consistency
  2. Stir in the remaining ingredients
  3. Garnish with some extra bacon and green onions, optional
  4. Enjoy with gluten-free crackers or chips
